Yes, on most stock items if booked early in the day. Same-day is genuinely available across Greater Manchester and most of Lancashire when you order before midday. For further afield (Liverpool, Leeds, Sheffield) we usually offer next-day or a nominated date that suits you.

Yes. Our delivery team has plenty of experience getting sofas and beds into high-rise blocks across Manchester, Salford and Liverpool. As long as the lift is working we will deliver to any floor. If the lift is out, tell us in advance so we can plan for it.

We can usually still manage, but we need to know in advance so the right team comes out. Tell us the floor, the stair width, and any tight landing turns. For some sofas we can split into sections to make the carry easier. Larger pieces above the second floor without a lift can sometimes need an extra hand, which we will discuss when booking.

The honest answer: we can usually tell from a couple of measurements and a photo. Measure the width of your narrowest doorway and the tightest turn in the hallway. Take a quick photo or short video. Show Alec when you visit and he will tell you whether it will fit. Most of our sofas split into sections or have removable feet for awkward access.

Yes, often that's easier. If you have side or back access via a garden gate or patio doors and getting the sofa in that way avoids a tight hall, we will use that route. Just let us know on the day so the team plans accordingly.

Common one. New build postcodes often take a while to update on sat-nav systems. Drop us a message with the road name and any nearby landmarks, and the delivery team will ring on the way for directions. Saves time on the day for everyone.

We give you a time window when booking, then ring 30 minutes before we arrive on the day so you know exactly when to expect us. If you need a specific morning or afternoon slot, ask when ordering and we will plan the route around that where possible.

Yes, in most cases for a reasonable period. Plenty of customers buy in advance of a move-in date or a kitchen extension finishing. Pay for the sofa, we keep it safe in the warehouse, and deliver when you're ready. Discuss timing when you order so we can plan around it.

Yes. Cumbria, North Wales, the Peak District and into West Yorkshire are all regular routes for us. Times and exact slot availability vary, so message us with your postcode and we will confirm what we can do and when. For very long distances we sometimes coordinate with other deliveries in the same direction.
