Delivery FAQs

  • Do we deliver to high-rise appartment blocks?
    Yes, we certainly do. Our delivery men are experienced with delivering to high-rise appartment blocks & flats. As long as the lift is working, then yes we will happily deliver sofas & beds to high-rise flats & appartments.

  • Will the sofas fit through my front doors or hallway?
    Sofas come in all shape, styles & sizes. If you have a style of sofa in mind when you visit us, we strongly recommend measuring the width of your front door and the width of the hallway if you have a front hallway. Take a couple of photographs or a short video snippet. When you come to see us show them to Alec he will be able to tell you will it fit.

  • Can you deliver around the back?
    Yes, if it is easier to take the sofas around the back way and through patio doors then it makes sense to do that. There's no point struggling to get the sofas in if they can get in easier around the back way.

  • We live on a new build estate
    Often with new build estates the postcodes don't show up on our Sat-nav. If you believe this to be the case could you give our delivery men a heads-up. It will make the delivery go smoother without any hassle.

Our in-house professional delivery men deliver sofas, suites and beds throughout the North West. On this page we have listed the major cities and towns in the North West. We all deliver to farms, villages, etc out in the countryside.

If you have seen an item of furniture on our website that you have fallen in love with, but you live outside of the North West, telephone us, we may be to deliver. We cover the whole of the North West, North Wales, Cheshire, South Yorkshire and Cumbria.

Handy Tip* Take a couple of photos of your frontdoor & hallway when you decide to visit us. Those photos will help inform your purchase & ease of delivery.


How delivery works

We can provide same-day delivery of your new sofa & suite (if required). Most of our customers usually opt same-day or the following day. We will deliver on a day that works around you.

We can deliver any day of the week (including Saturdays & Sundays). We can also hold the sofas for longer (for example if you are renovating or moving to a new house). We are flexible, we will work around what works for you.

Our delivery men will also give you a courtesy call 30 mins before they arrive.
